Ownership

Unless expressly stated otherwise, the photographs, films, text, graphics, branding, and the selection and arrangement of content displayed on this website are owned by or licensed to Anton Yod and are protected by applicable copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Client names, trademarks, locations, products, and the likenesses of individuals remain the property of their respective owners. Nothing on this website grants any licence to use those third-party rights.

Limited permission to view

You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable permission to view this website solely to evaluate Anton Yod’s portfolio and professional services.

Displaying content on this website does not transfer ownership and does not grant a licence to reproduce, download, publish, distribute, modify or otherwise use that content.

Uses requiring prior written permission

Except where expressly permitted by applicable law, you must not:

• download, copy, screenshot, screen-record, extract or reproduce website content;
• republish, distribute, transmit, display, sell, license or commercially exploit any content;
• alter, crop, retouch, adapt or create derivative material from any content;
• remove, hide or alter a copyright notice, watermark, credit or rights-management information;
• scrape or systematically collect content, other than ordinary search-engine indexing permitted by this website’s crawler instructions;
• include content in a dataset, archive, image library or content repository; or
• use content to train, test, evaluate or operate an artificial-intelligence or machine-learning system.

Applicable legal exceptions

Nothing in these Terms restricts a use that applicable law expressly permits or any right that cannot lawfully be excluded by agreement. Where the law requires attribution, limited purpose, non-commercial use or another condition, that condition must be followed.

Portfolio and client work

Some portfolio material may have been produced for clients, venues, agencies or other rights holders. Its display is for portfolio presentation only and does not imply endorsement or grant permission to use any client name, trademark, design, location, product or likeness.

Watermarks and viewing copies

Files displayed on this website are portfolio preview copies. They may be reduced-resolution viewing copies and may contain visible or embedded ownership information. The presence or absence of a watermark does not change the ownership or permitted use of the content.

Unauthorised use

Unauthorised use may infringe copyright, contractual rights or other applicable rights. Anton Yod and the relevant rights holders reserve the right to seek any remedies available under applicable law.

Project inquiries and privacy

When you submit the project inquiry form, the information you choose to provide — including your name, email address, optional company and project details — is used to review, respond to and manage your inquiry.

The form is processed through Netlify Forms. A submission may be stored in the website’s Netlify account and sent to Anton Yod by email notification. Please do not submit payment-card details, identity documents, passwords, health information or other sensitive personal information through the form.

Inquiry information should be retained only for as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage a potential or active client relationship, meet applicable legal obligations or resolve a dispute. To request access, correction or deletion of information submitted through the form, contact yodphotography@gmail.com.

Changes to these Terms

The effective date and version of these Terms will be displayed on this page. Material changes should be presented to returning visitors for renewed acknowledgement.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws in force in the United Arab Emirates and, where applicable, the Emirate of Dubai. Disputes will be submitted to the courts having jurisdiction under applicable law.

Reference: UAE Copyright and Neighbouring Rights legislation and the UAE Government intellectual-property overview. The Arabic text of UAE legislation prevails over an English translation in case of conflict.
